After months of diligent work by the Kamal & Associates team, comprising of Managing Partner Rasem Kamal and Senior Associates Hala Abdulhaq and Saleem Kharraz, the Government of Palestine signed, in the city of Ramallah earlier today, a Concession Agreement in relation to a Waste to Energy project in the Jenin Governate. Among others, this innovative project cements Palestine as a leader and destination for the renewable energy industry and projects in the Middle East.
Kamal & Associates is proudto have advised the Government of Palestine in this landmark project, which is the first of its kind in the region.

28 نيسان 2022 – بعد أشهر من العمل الدؤوب من قبل فريق عمل كمال ومشاركوه، المكون من الشريك المدير راسم كمال والمحامين هلا عبد الحق وسليم خراز، وقعت حكومة فلسطين اليوم في مدينة رام الله اتفاقية امتياز لمشروع حرق النفايات وتوليد الطاقة في مكب زهرة الفنجان في محافظة جنين. يعزز هذا المشروع مكانة دولة فلسطين كوجهة في صناعة الطاقة المتجددة ومشاريعها في الشرق الأوسط.
تفتخر شركة كمال ومشاركوه كونها قد قدمت المشورة القانونية لحكومة دولة فلسطين في هذا المشروع التاريخي، والذي يعد الأول من نوعه في المنطقة.
