On Sunday, October 27, 2019 Managing Partner Rasem Kamal met with Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh and Minister of National Economy- Khaled Al-Osaily. The meeting, which took place at the Prime Minister Office in Ramallah, was aimed at updating the Prime Minister and the Minister of National Economy on the status of review and drafting of the new companies law, as well as to receive the government’s guidance on the policies that the law should reflect. The meeting was also attended by Companies Controller – Mr. Tariq Al-Masri, as well as with members of the Palestinian Corporate Law Review Committee.
