Conducted an independent mid-term evaluation of the EU-funded, Musawa-implemented Empowering Palestinian Human Rights Defenders’ Project. Musawa is the Palestinian Center for the Independence of Judiciary and Legal Profession.
Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) – Independent Review of the Justice Sector Reform Portfolio – West Bank and Gaza (2013)
Contracted by CIDA to conduct a thorough assessment and review of CIDA’s justice sector reform portfolio in the West Bank and Gaza, with the aim of assessing the effectiveness of CIDA programming in the justice sector and identifying opportunities for future CIDA programming in the sector.
Palestinian Water Authority (PWA) – Drafting a New Water Law (2013)
hrough a grant from the Norwegian Government, drafted a new water law for the Palestinian Water Authority, which encompasses a new structure for the water sector in Palestine, and introduces a new water regulatory body.
USAID – Investment Climate Improvement (ICI) Project - Provision of Legal Assistance for Reviewing and Drafting the Commercial Agents Law (2013)
Through a grant from USAID, and in cooperation with the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy, drafted a new Commercial Agents Law.
GIZ- Policy Advice and Reform Fund Project- Organizational Assessment and Development- Ministry of Higher Education/Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (AQAC) (2012-2013)
Carried out organizational assessment of AQAC and developed a comprehensive legal framework, organizational structures and business process reengineering.
USAID – Justice Sector Assessment (2012)
Through a grant from USAID, contracted by FHI360 to conduct an assessment of the Palestinian justice sector in the West Bank and Gaza, to give inputs for the design of a new rule of law program that would build upon existing interventions in the justice sector. The purpose of the assessment is to provide USAID with information for a scope of work (SOW) for a new program in the area of rule of law upon conducting an analysis of the primary challenges and opportunities in the Palestinian Justice Sector.
EU- The Trade Diversification/Competitiveness Enhancement Program (2012)
Second a legal adviser to the project, which is funded by the European Union and implemented by the Palestine Trade Center (PalTrade) for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority Ministry of National Economy. The project focuses on “trade in services” in Palestine.

Provide legal advice on amending the Water Law and establishing an independent water and wastewater regulator.

Through a grant from USAID, conducted an in-depth assessment and analysis of status of corporate governance compliance of selected public shareholding companies that are supervised by the Palestinian Capital Markets Authority (PCMA) as well as of the governance structure of the PCMA itself.

Through a grant from the World Bank – Washington D.C., reviewed the Palestinian Alimony Fund Law of Alimony Fund Law No (6) of 2005 to assess the impact it has on and the services it provides for women.

Through a grant from the World Bank – Washington D.C., review the Palestinian Management and Development of Orphan's Institutions Law (14) of 2005 to assess the impact it has on orphans.

Manage and lead the judicial training component in the 3-year project aimed at empowering the Palestinian judiciary.

Conducted an in-depth research on the types and magnitude of land-related disputes in Palestine and Jordan.

Developing the policy note on Analysis of the Legal and Institutional Framework for Combating Corruption, and assess compatibility of Kuwaiti legal and regulatory framework with the UN Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC).
